Development means survival. By adopting this as our prerogative, we want to improve our business and to extend it to the following areas:

Superior market coverage

In all markets Nelt wants to be the best in market penetration, covering all trade channels and stores, and to establish the highest standards in business. With more than 700 employees in sales, marketing, logistics and all supporting departments, we want to cooperate with all national and international trade chains, wholesales, small and large stores, kiosks, pharmacies, perfumeries, gasoline stations and so on.

Sales and distribution extension

We want to implement our successful business model to the new areas of business, by maximum usage of existing human and material resources. Pharmacy, HORECA, industrial consumption products, are just some areas we would like to prove ourselves in.

Logistic services

The possibility of rendering logistic services has opened to us after buying our own land and warehouse space, as well as investing in the building of new warehouse premises (Belgrade with around 50,000 m2  planned, Podgorica 2,500 m2 finished + 1,000 m2 in preparation, Skopje – 3,500 m2). We would like to mention that, at the moment, we have around 50,000 m2 of useful warehouse space and about 6,000 m2 of office space. Also, we have our own forwarding company in Belgrade with offices at all important border crossings, and the Republic Customs Administration opened its office in our Distributive Center Dobanovci (near Belgrade at Belgrade-Zagreb highway).

Modern technology implementation

We want to remain leaders in application of the advanced information technologies in sales (Hand Held Computers), finance (e–banking), communication (IP telephony, GPRS data transmission) and logistics (WMS and HHC - scanners). The ERP we use is localy developed and customized to our needs with the possibility to be implemented in languages of all countries we do business in, respecting and implementing the international and local legal frameworks of business.At the moment, we are developing the GPS model of tracking delivery vehicles and implementation of WMS and RF devices in goods handling.

Standardization

Nelt implements high business standards which are taken over from our business partners from abroad with absolute respect of local laws of states we are conducting business in. In near future, we want to establish Quality management together with certification by some recognized certification institution, but also we want to implement all other standards required by our business partners (HACCP).
