Nelt was founded in 1992.  as a trading company.
 
1996
- Nelt became distributor of the company Procter&Gamble for the territory of former SR Yugoslavia.

1998
- Company S&T was founded in Skopje in order to distribute P&G products in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYRM).

2000
- We started the distribution of Kraft Foods products in Republic of Serbia and Republic of Montenegro.

2001
- We started distribution of Wrigley products in Republic of Serbia and Republic of Montenegro, as well as distribution of Kraft Foods products in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYRM).

2005
- The contract was signed and the cooperation with SC Johnson Wax company started for the territory of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYRM).

2006
- We started the distribution of the  SSL company products on the territory of Serbia, territory of Montenegro and territory of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYRM).
- Initiation of the cooperation with company Merkur from Slovenia (providing logistic services)
- Start of investment in the company Orbitko from Bosnia and Herzegovina, with basic business operation of fast moving consumer goods distribution.
