Recruiting and selection policy
The recruiting and selection process in Nelt is designed in such a way to give all candidates equal chance of employment. People are critical in our success, so we take recruiting and selection very seriously.
Step one of the selection process is applying. You can apply for any of the open positions by clicking on the ’’Application Questionare’’ button. In the questionare you will be asked to provide personal, educational and other information relevant for the position you applied for.
Step two of the selection process is the test. After reviewing your application, you will be invited to complete the Problem Solving Test. It is a numeracy test which lasts 25 to 60 minutes, depending on the position you applied for.
Step three for candidates that pass the test is an interview. This is a perfect opportunity for us to learn more about you and to assess your skills and capabilities, and for you to ask everything you wish to know about our company and the responsibilities of the position you applied for.
