Heart on the field for the fifth time in Nelt Co.

The Heart on the Field campaign has become part of Nelt's tradition. It was held for the fifth time at Nelt Co on August 20, and employees in the delivery, distribution and management sector participated in it.

The goal of this symbolic campaign is to achieve direct communication of employees who work directly with customers on the one hand and employees in managerial positions on the other. By performing regular sales activities in combined teams, they exchange business experience from different angles.

"Through informal conversation and support in fulfilling fieldwork responsibilities, we show that in this organization we equally value the activities of all employees," said Žarko Savić, Sales Capability Manager.

The campaign covers all regional distribution centers in Serbia, as well as branches and cross-dock facilities.
