Ivana Luketić Appointed as Nelt Group’s New Chief Finance Officer

As of August 1, Ivana Luketić has joined our team as Group Chief Finance Officer.

Ivana brings more than 25 years of international experience in finance, business transformation, risk management, and organizational development, gained through leadership roles in global business environments.

She began her career at Arthur Andersen before joining Microsoft, where she spent more than two decades in a variety of CFO roles at the local, regional, and global levels. During her time there, she served as CFO for Microsoft Adriatics, the UK, and Russia, as well as for the EMEA Consumer & Devices and Worldwide Gaming Sales & Marketing organizations.

Throughout her career, Ivana has led multi-billion-dollar businesses, driven complex business model transformations, and built high-performing international teams across Europe and beyond. Her expertise spans financial management and strategic finance business partnering, performance and risk management, as well as organizational and people development.

As Group Chief Finance Officer, Ivana will lead Nelt Group’s financial strategy and support the company’s sustainable growth. She will be responsible for financial management, controls and compliance, performance management, and strategic finance business partnering.

Ivana says she is excited to join Nelt Group at a time when the company continues to expand its operations and advance its digital transformation across Europe and Africa.
