Intermodal terminals

Nelt Group has opened two intermodal terminals – in the central distribution and logistics centre in Dobanovci and Kruševac, offering clients integrated transport solutions and a cost-effective, efficient and environmentally sustainable global movement of all types of goods.

The intermodal terminal in the central distribution and logistics centre in Dobanovci is connected by rail to all European ports and land terminals. The E-75 and E-70 highways intersect six kilometres from the terminal, and Nikola Tesla Airport is 10 kilometres away.

The intermodal terminal in Kruševac is located in the industrial zone, near the “Moravian Corridor”, connected to the Pan-European Corridor 10 via the Dedina station, and is strategically important for Serbia and the region.

The terminals are another link in the connection of all the capacities that Nelt offers to partners in the region, with all storage capacities, systems, digital infrastructure, first and last mile at their disposal, and are open to all market participants in import, transit and export flows from shipping companies and railway operators, through logisticians, forwarding companies to manufacturers, brand owners and other distributors.

Nelt has also implemented two new tools within the intermodal terminals to improve customer experience: Web portal and integrated tablets. By introducing these innovative solutions, Nelt Group has become the first company in the Serbian market to establish this type of communication with shipping companies.
