Selection process

The selection process in our company is objective and transparent – all candidates are informed in advance of the selection process and the outcome. Depending on the position, we apply different approaches in addition to interviews with candidates, which include tests, group or individual exercises, case studies. Colleagues from the human resources department and other departments work with the candidates to ensure a transparent, positive and successful process for every candidate.
