Candy Factory
Candy Factory is a confectionery producer based in Luanda, Angola, established by Nelt in cooperation with local partner Oxbow.
Founded in 2018, the company began production in 2022 at its manufacturing facility in the Viana Special Economic Zone. With annual production capacity exceeding 6,700 tonnes, Candy Factory produces candies, lollipops and chewing gum for the Angolan market and a growing number of regional markets.
Candy Factory was established with a clear ambition: to develop high-quality consumer products manufactured in Angola and build competitive brands with the potential to grow beyond the domestic market.
By investing in local manufacturing, people and brand development, the company contributes to the expansion of Angola’s consumer goods production capabilities and the diversification of the country’s economy.
The regional expansion of Candy Factory products represents the next stage of the company’s development, connecting local production capabilities with Nelt Group’s market presence and commercial expertise across Sub-Saharan Africa.
