Nelt Group was the organizer and host of the event “Driven by Technology, Guided by Quality”, which brought together representatives from the quality departments of our clients, principals, and customers, and was held yesterday at the CDLC in Dobanovci.

The goal of the event was to strengthen collaboration and encourage the exchange of experiences, with a special focus on the importance of quality in today’s digital environment.

The program began with the presentation “The Impact of Stakeholders (Clients, Principals, and Consumers) on Nelt’s Development,” opened by Vuk Mijanović, Supply Chain and Logistics Services Development Manager, and Jelena Filipović, Quality Manager at Nelt Group.

“In a world rapidly changing under the influence of digitalization, quality is becoming more than a standard. A culture of openness to innovation is what defines us as a reliable partner and enables us to be drivers of positive change. Events like this represent an opportunity to exchange experiences with our partners, learn from one another, and build even stronger foundations of trust and excellence,” said Jelena Filipović, Quality Manager.

The program continued with two case studies. The first, titled “Digitalization and Quality,” was presented by Milica Rađenović, Management Systems Manager, and Nenad Juhas, Director of Management Systems and Sustainable Development at Neoplanta, who demonstrated how digital tools can contribute to process improvement and create additional value in team performance.

The second case study, “Quality 4.0 – Challenges,” was presented by Zoran Spasić, Training Manager at SGB, who shared examples and experiences on applying modern quality concepts in practice.

The event concluded with a panel discussion titled “Quality in Step with Digitalization,” moderated by Danijela Dragić, Quality Manager at Nelt.

The panel featured Jelena Dražeta Dulić from Nestlé, Ana Bošković Pršić from Polimark, and Danica Vlačić from Nelt, who shared practical examples and insights on how digitalization is transforming approaches to quality, creating room for innovation, and setting new standards in business operations.

The event was held as part of the World Quality Week, which is traditionally celebrated across all Nelt Group markets. This year’s gathering brought together representatives from companies such as Nestlé, Dr. Oetker, Jaffa, Lidl, and many others. During this period, special attention is dedicated to developing a resilient and agile quality culture that enables timely and effective responses to the challenges of a complex and dynamic business environment.

With this event, Nelt Group once again reaffirmed its commitment to the continuous improvement of processes, standards, and quality practices — as the foundation of long-term sustainability, trust, and partnership.
