Nelt declared Employer of the Year

Yesterday, for the twelfth consecutive year, the Serbian Association of Managers awarded annual prizes to the best of the best in Serbia.

These prestigious recognitions are presented to managers and employers who advocate for the upgrading of business environment, promoting the managerial profession, best business and employer practices, responsible and sustainable business.

Nelt received the title “Employer of the Year”, as a company which offered the best conditions for work and development of professional managers.

Bojana Mucić, Executive Director of Human Resources at Nelt Group, who received the award on behalf of the company, stated:

“This award is particularly dear to us, because it recognizes the efforts we invest for better working environment and conditions for our employees, because we believe that extraordinary results like ours cannot be achieved without satisfied employees. Over 350 guests from business and public life in Serbia and the region attended the ceremony.

Besides the award, it was a great honor to have our colleague Petar Božić, National Key Account Manager nominated among the young managers, and Darko Lukić, Executive Vice President at Nelt Group nominated for Manager of the Year.
