Aleksandra Jović, Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at Nelt Group

Aleksandra Jović, Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer and a new member of the Nelt Group Executive Board has joined our company.

Aleksandra is an experienced professional with many years of experience in conducting digital initiatives, data management and analytics, as well as IT operations. She graduated from the Faculty of Sciences in Novi Sad.

As the first Chief Data & Analytics Officer in Telekom Serbia, she successfully developed an efficient organization for data science and engineering, implemented data and analytics strategy and achieved significant business results. Through various managerial roles, including IT Corporate Business Support Manager, IT Operations Manager, she successfully modernized data architecture, implemented new technologies and led teams to achieve high standards in the field of IT solutions.

In addition, as Digital Transformation Manager in MTS Bank, she set a strategy for the first digital bank in Serbia. Aleksandra stands out as a leader in the implementation of innovative strategies and achieving business goals through digital transformation.

Her focus in the coming period will be the management of teams and strategic processes and projects, improving both the strategy and execution.

Aleksandra says that her first days in the company are filled with solely positive impressions.
