Digitalization in North Macedonia: Innovations Shaping the Future

Furthermore, digitalization opens new revenue streams by providing additional sales channels (e-commerce). It also enhances customer satisfaction by delivering faster and more reliable services and transactions. This results in greater productivity, the application of innovations, and achieving a competitive advantage, ultimately contributing to economic growth and business development.

Digitalization plays a crucial role in the daily operations of companies. Automated systems streamline processes, increase productivity and operational efficiency, and ensure accuracy and consistency, reducing human errors and enhancing reliability and customer satisfaction.

Nelt is a company that keeps up with trends and implements the latest technologies, with digitalization deeply integrated into the core of our operations. In North Macedonia, our main business system is SAP, which consolidates various business processes and provides complete transparency of our operations at all times.

Currently, we have a digitized field sales process that is carried out via tablets or through the EDI data exchange system. We use a digital map and dynamic routing system for capillary deliveries. With the help of the WMS GOLD warehouse management system, we manage all warehouse operations.

Our goal is to have a fully digitalized distribution process from start to finish. Accordingly, we are currently working on implementing the “Digital Delivery Note” project, which will enable the delivery of goods without the need for a paper invoice – our customers will receive it electronically immediately after the delivery confirmation, further enhancing our operational efficiency and sustainability.

Through innovative approaches and continuous optimization of our processes, Nelt in North Macedonia, and in other markets, continues to provide the best services to its customers and set new standards in the industry.
