The same message is greeting 250 colleagues today on Jahorina, at the Ascend Base Camp I event, as a reminder that they are all part of the same journey – as they climb toward success and the goals of the Ascend 2030 strategy.

Today on Jahorina, Nelt Group’s first strategic checkpoint is being held, bringing together directors and managers from across the Group, with the aim of reviewing results and defining the next stepselt within the Ascend 2030 strategy.

As company’s five-year development framework, Ascend 2030 guides the Group’s continued growth through strengthening the organization, developing people, and advancing operations across both existing and new markets.

Each of employees has a role in this process – just as the message suggests: you don’t become your best version at the top, but on the way there.
