Darko Lukić Named Manager of the Year

At the ceremonial SAM Gala, held on 15 December 2025 at the Sava Center in Belgrade, Darko Lukić, CEO of Nelt Group, was named Manager of the Year.

Darko was among the finalists in the Manager of the Year category, alongside Biljana Jovanović, Director of the Luna Fashion House, and Borislav Miljanović, CEO of Represent System.

One of the most prestigious awards in the Serbian business community, the recognition honors Darko’s long-standing professional achievements and visionary leadership, as well as the results and innovations Nelt Group has delivered under his guidance.

The expert jury, composed of previous recipients of the Manager of the Year title, highlighted Darko’s commitment to advancing business culture and driving sustainable growth.

In his address, Darko emphasized that awards such as this are never a personal matter, but rather a reflection of a shared journey.

“The primary role of a manager is to recognize and bring together the best people, and then empower and motivate them through empathy and support. That is why this is not my award alone, but also a recognition of every member of my team. My greatest, and perhaps my only true achievement is a team of remarkable people and top professionals at Nelt Group,” Darko said.

The SAM Annual Award, presented by the Serbian Association of Managers (SAM), recognizes outstanding leaders, companies, and individuals whose conduct, excellence, engagement, and responsible business practices leave a positive mark on society and contribute to the development of the business community.
