Goran Cerovina lectures at the “Leader Roots” program

Nelt executive director for the Bosnia and Herzegovina market, Goran Cerovina, gave a lecture as part of the AmCham BiH “Leader Roots” program. This educational program trains young people who work for member companies of this business association in professional skills.
Cerovina, a director with 20 years of extensive experience in the FMCG sector, spoke about the effect of leadership energy, the value of a good team and organization, the skills employees develop during employment, and inspiration and motivation at the workplace.
He particularly emphasized the importance of the company’s investment in employees.
“Educating and encouraging young people to take an active part in their career development is the premise of responsible business for all Nelt Group companies. In this program, we see an opportunity to point out good practices and open the door to talents who we expect to be the change champions in the future,” he said.
After completing the program, the young leaders took positive impressions of Nelt’s hosting, good energy, and additional motivation for further work and development.
