Marko Cilić to Become CEO and President of Nelt Group on August 1

Effective August 1, Marko Cilić officially assumes the role of CEO of Nelt Group, following his tenure as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and, since March this year, Acting CEO.

In his new role, Cilić will focus on delivering the Ascend 2030 strategy, further developing people, strengthening long-term partnerships, driving investments, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Cilić is a leader with extensive international experience in finance and the FMCG industry. Prior to joining Nelt Group in 2022, he built his career at Procter & Gamble and Novartis. His broad international experience, deep industry expertise, and strategic approach to business will play a key role in supporting Nelt Group’s continued growth and development.
