Nelt Among the Top 20 Most Desirable Employers in Serbia

Nelt has been recognized as a Top Employer 2026 and ranked among the 20 most desirable employers in Serbia, according to candidates participating in the Talent X 2026 Employer Brand Perception Survey.

The recognition is awarded by Poslovi Infostud and the project partners based on a survey that explores candidate attitudes, employee expectations, and trends in the labor market. This year’s research included 7,000 respondents from different generations and regions across Serbia, who evaluated the factors they consider most important when choosing an employer.

The survey results show that candidates today particularly value open communication, flexibility, psychological safety, career development opportunities, transparency, and the responsible use of new technologies. These are precisely the areas in which companies build long-term trust with both employees and candidates.
