For that reason, we have established VOICE – a mechanism that enables both employees and external partners to report potential irregularities anonymously, confidentially, and without fear of retaliation.

Reporting Irregularities: Your Voice Matters – The VOICE Mechanism

VOICE is our channel for reporting potential irregularities in a simple and secure way. It is available to both employees and external partners.
If you become aware of behavior that violates the Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct, internal policies, or standards – especially if it is intentional and undertaken for personal or business gain, and undermines the trust and values we are building — it is important to speak up.
Reports may be submitted in several ways, including fully anonymous submission.

How can you report an irregularity?

This correspondence will not be opened by anyone except members of the Voice Team.

Your voice helps us build a transparent, accountable, and fair working environment together. All reports are treated confidentially and processed in line with high ethical standards. Whistleblowers are protected from any negative consequences, as every contribution to ethical and responsible business conduct is highly valued.
