The selection and recruitment process at Nelt is based on objectivity and transparency. Each candidate receives precise information about the selection steps in advance. After the end of the recruitment process, the contacted candidates are promptly informed about the outcome of the process.
We use different evaluation methods depending on the position’s requirements, including interviews, tests, and group or individual exercises. Throughout the selection process, the human resources team works closely with colleagues from other departments to ensure professional assessment of candidates.
