Leadership Change at Nelt Group
Darko Lukić to step down as CEO as of March 1, 2026
After leading our company through a period of growth, transformation, and organizational development since 2024, Darko Lukić has decided to step down from the position of CEO of Nelt Group for personal reasons.
As of March 1, Marko Cilić, CFO of Nelt Group, will also assume the role of Interim CEO. Marko is an experienced leader with significant professional background within Nelt Group, as well as in international companies such as Procter & Gamble and Novartis.
We would like to thank Darko for his leadership and contribution to our business, organization, and corporate culture, as well as for his dedication throughout the current transition period.
