The key benefit observed is performance increase achieved through process automation, which means a larger number of individual orders in a shorter time interval,” said Bojan Stevanovic, Warehouse Operations Manager.
VLM is a closed automated system for storing and ordering of goods known for its numerous benefits such as space saving, higher work safety level, as well as increased performance and employee productivity level improvement.
“Four new machines are located in our CDLC in Dobanovci, and they are currently used for the needs of one assortment, which does not limit us from expanding its application to the rest of the portfolio in the future,” said Milos Miletic, Supply Chain Technology Manager.
