Semi-Annual Meeting of All Sectors of Nelt Bosnia and Herzegovina Held

Over a hundred employees attended “Synergy”

The traditional semi-annual meeting, “Synergy,” was organized at Bjelašnica at the end of April, with more than one hundred employees from all sectors of Nelt Bosnia and Herzegovina in attendance.

Milan Radulj, Division Manager, who was also the event moderator, presented a review of previous results and achievements, strategic accomplishments and key business parameters.

After the introductory part, internal projects and initiatives which had contributed to the acceleration of development, in the spirit of our business strategy Accelerate 2025, were presented. The following projects were symbolically awarded:

– BFF – Elma Husejnagic, Trade Marketing Specialist
– AEO Status – Dusko Jevtovic, Specialist in Foreign Trade Operations and Logistics Processes
– Accelerate Logistics – Darko Banjanin, Warehousing Technologist, and Damir Kolasinac, Transport and LSP Operations Supervisor
– NELT – Melisa Cocalic, Key Account Sales Manager
– Simplifying Invoice Movement Process – Nada Vojinovic, Accounting and Finance Supervisor
– Stop Inflation – Milan Oro, Sales Supervisor, and Sasa Lalovic, Sales Supervisor.

In this part of the program, the next key initiative “Supply Quality Improvement Project” was presented, which aims to reduce the percentage and absolute cost of expiration in 2024.

Bojan Kapuran, Trade Marketing Specialist, presented the new launching plan for Patelina and other development activities pertaining to our brands.

Last year’s “Synergy” competition winners shared with the attendees their impressions and experiences related to the competition, prize trip awarded them and presented the competition plan for this year to their Colleagues.

Goran Cerovina, Vice President for Adria Markets and Suzana Sikimic, Executive Director of Nelt Bosnia and Herzegovina, reflected on the current changes in their positions and presented the company development focuses and plans pertinent till the end of the year.

In addition to the formal part of the meeting, motivational games and competitions were organized for colleagues with the aim of strengthening team spirit and mutual bonding.

Such events present an opportunity for strengthening unity and cooperation within the Sectors, emphasizing the importance of teamwork in achieving all common goals.
