Ambitious plans follow the record year

One year after launching our umbrella business strategy, “Accelerate 2025”, the first Accelerate Checkpoint event was held in Belgrade today.

Managers and directors of all Nelt Group companies gathered at a one-day conference where they presented the status of strategic projects, reviewed the accomplished results, and presented plans for the current year.

In his opening speech, the Nelt Group CEO Miloš Jelić reminded the attendees of Nelt’s thirty-year development from a small family business to an international organizational system that employs over 5,000 people in Europe and Africa.

He pointed out that in 2022 Nelt Group had the highest revenue growth in the last six years.

“By increasing our income, we have shown that we have begun to live the Accelerate 2025 strategy,” Jelić said.

CFO Marko Cilić presented the key financial data for distribution, logistics, brands, and the holding, while Bojana Mucić presented the most important projects and plans for the HR sector.

Vice President of the Group for African Markets, Boris Mačak, presented the results from this business domain, as well as the focus areas for this year.

“We will focus on building the recognition of the Oko brand, expanding to new markets, launching new low-tier brands, and entering new complementary categories,” Mačak said.

The directors of our companies Neoplanta, Baby Food Factory, and Chips Way presented the results for 2022 and the focus areas for 2023.
