Key Messages and Goals of Nelt’s New Strategic Direction Shared with Employees
Our new five-year strategy, Ascend 2030, was presented this month to colleagues from the warehouse and delivery teams across the markets of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
On this occasion, events were organized to highlight their importance for the success of our strategy, during which the key messages and goals of the company’s new strategic direction were shared.
At the events, new uniforms featuring the Ascend 2030 logo were distributed, and warehouse supervisors and delivery team leaders shared with their teams the key messages and goals of the new strategy.
“Ascend 2030 symbolizes our shared identity and commitment to a common vision of growth. Involving all employees in this strategic cycle is essential for strengthening the sense of belonging, encouraging teamwork, and recognizing each individual’s contribution to achieving the company’s objectives,” said Dragan Lazarević, Warehouse Supervisor, Nelt Serbia.
Colleagues emphasized that the role of every employee is equally important in achieving our vision, and that the true strength of the strategy lies in our unity and collective commitment.
“The contribution of every delivery and warehouse employee is vital to the company’s overall operations, and their work directly enables the achievement of the Ascend 2030 strategy goals,” said Dejan Antonić, Delivery Supervisor, Nelt Serbia.
It was also emphasized that everyone will have the opportunity to contribute to our shared success through ideas and suggestions.
