Nelt Group wins the “Quality Oscar” award as the champion of excellence

The prize was awarded in the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (PKS) as part of the Quality and Business Excellence Forum, marking World Quality Day and European Quality Week.

The criterion for receiving the award was that the organization scored at least 750 out of 1,000 points in the final evaluation. In the three decades that the award has been running, only 12 companies have earned more than 800 points, and Nelt is now among them.

As the organization leader, Robert Jenovai, Executive Director for the Serbian Market, was also awarded the Leader of Business Excellence award. In their speeches, Robert and Quality Manager Jelena Filipović expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Economy, PKS, and the Foundation for the Culture of Quality and Excellence.

Jelena pointed out that quality is the foundation of Nelt Group’s operations and that as a company we are determined to continuously invest in process improvement through an effective and efficient quality management system and ensure high-quality services, health safety, and quality of each product.

“The results we achieve come from teamwork. Therefore, on this occasion, I welcome all my hard-working colleagues dedicated to improving organizational and business excellence, contributing to the continuous growth of our company”, Jelena said.

Robert stated that our company continuously develops educational programs that improve the employees’ leadership skills.

“We want to train them in effective management and adaptation to changes, communication, leadership, listening skills, organization of professional tasks, decision-making, strategic thinking, flexibility, and understanding of business in the desire to grow and progress together,” said Robert.

By building our people, he concluded, we are also building our business, relying on the established quality management system.
