Award Winners in Macedonia
As many as 3,300 praises have arrived in Nelt Group.
In Macedonia we have the opportunity to congratulate our colleague – Katerina Kirilova Grkovska on the largest number of received praises given to a colleague.
Katarina is employed as Customer Service Specialist, and has this year been awarded the title of Best Colleague. Kate has in 2017 won the special award for largest number of votes from different sectors.
At this New Year’s celebration, along with Katarina, Oliver Mircevski received the award for Corporate Culture Contribution for: Expressed Team Spirit. Oliver is employed as warehouse worker.
Sales Assistant Valerija Petruska, won a special award. She was awarded for exceptional inter-sector cooperation. Keti Stoilkovska, Customer Service Assistant, wrote the largest number of praises, and was thus justifiably, awarded for Promotion of Praise Culture.
The Praise Your Colleague campaign has achieved a new record – as many as 3,300 praises have arrived on Nelt Group level.
