“I am pleased that, over the past few months, we have created new development opportunities for our people through internal promotions while further strengthening our teams by welcoming new colleagues. By continuing to invest in our people, we are driving growth through the development of our brands, new businesses, sales excellence, and stronger logistics capabilities,” said Marko.
The meeting continued with a presentation by Marko Njegovan, Chief of Staff to the CEO of Nelt Group, who provided an overview of the Group’s key strategic initiatives, highlighting both successfully completed projects and the priorities for the months ahead.
“Strategic initiatives are a key driver of Nelt Group’s development. The results achieved in the first half of the year confirm that we are progressing according to plan. During this period, we successfully delivered several important initiatives, giving us a clear view of where we stand today. It is important that we continue to build on this positive momentum with an even greater sense of responsibility from all of us,” said Marko.

“These results encourage us to continue building an environment where people feel included, motivated, and empowered to grow while creating an even better workplace together. The high participation rate shows that our employees want to be part of the changes and the future development of our organization. This is a great recognition for all our teams, but also a shared responsibility for each of us to continue strengthening our organizational culture in line with our values,” said Bojana.
