The Most Attractive Employer – Triple Recognition for Nelt Bosnia and Herzegovina

According to the results of the survey “The Most Attractive Employer 2023” conducted by Kolektiv and the portal MojPosao.ba, our company in Bosnia and Herzegovina was, this year as again, declared the Most Attractive Employer in the distribution sector.

At the same time, Nelt Bosnia and Herzegovina was awarded the title of Most Inclusive Employer and ranked among the top 10 companies participating in the survey.

The awards ceremony was organized yesterday, at the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina Hall in Sarajevo, where Goran Cerovina, Executive Director for the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Indira Semanic, Senior HR Business Partner, accepted the award on behalf of the company.

In a two-month-long survey, this year 500 companies were nominated, receiving more than 230,000 votes.

The Most Attractive Employer project promotes positive human resources management practices in Bosnia and Herzegovina in order to further motivate companies to improve their relations with employees and offer excellent conditions for work, development and education. To existing employees, this recognition gives confirmation that they work in the most attractive place on the labor market in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which contributes to their general satisfaction, increased productivity and motivation at the workplace.
