Logistics is one of the pillars of Nelt Group’s development

Nelt Group has long been recognized on the market primarily as a distributor. In recent years, however, it is increasingly present as a provider of logistics services.

We are rapidly working on expanding the set of logistics services, improving them, integrating them, and starting cooperation with new clients. This sector recorded the highest growth within the Nelt Group in the previous period. The recognition of Nelt as a provider of logistics services in the markets of Serbia and the neighboring region is growing, year after year, and is a part of our long-term strategy.

During the previous year, we earned the trust of renowned clients and manufacturers of various product categories, who chose Nelt as their logistics provider. We work intensively on the improvement and additional development of intermodal transportation and terminal operation, and year after year this segment has had the highest growth. Digitization in all segments and the implementation of new technologies is our absolute priority and our competitive advantage both now and in the future.

We once again dared to provide logistics services in the beverage segment. We learned a lot and made wise and sustainable plans for the future. We started cooperation with Molson Coors (Apatin Brewery) in providing intralogistics services in Apatin and their distribution centers in Novi Sad, Inđija, and Mladenovac. Cooperation extended to the south and west of Serbia, where we provide the client with storage and manipulation services. Based on experience, it is clear that we will continue to improve and expand cooperation. Also, we are currently talking with several clients and principal clients from this segment, and I am sure that we will establish cooperation with some of them soon.

Regarding the food industry, we started cooperation with Aleva and Podravka in the segment of complex logistics services (primary transportation, storage, transportation, capillary delivery, reversible logistics, management of advertising material, etc.). Also, we extended our cooperation with the Bambi company, which, for us, is a “seal of success” and a confirmation that we are truly one of the best logistics providers in this segment in this part of Europe.

At the same time, this is a confirmation of the immense maturity and quality of Nelt’s logistics team when it comes to understanding the work system and the needs of companies that are engaged in the production and distribution of this type of goods and that want to “give up” their logistics to a provider.

Nelt has quality and knowledge, and that is undeniable. To begin with, you need to be aware of it and know how to use it and present it. What we have worked on more intensively than before is recognizing the clients needs. We wanted to get to know them better, to understand their needs, and to find out what we should offer them. We wanted to bring Nelt closer to them, to show them what we can do.

Our focus on clients was significantly greater. Over time, we have become more agile and flexible, and at the same time, we have not allowed any compromises in terms of regulations, quality, and level of service. We lived the “mentality +1” combined with “innovation” every second of the year. The prize has come. We stay on that path.
