SAP system and SFA app introduced on the Albanian market

Our company implemented two important standardization projects on the Albanian market this week – the use of the SAP system for business data management, and the Nelt SFA app intended for field sales, adapting them to the current fiscalization process.

Milan Bukurović, Information and Communication Technologies Executive Director, said that this step enabled the unification of processes following the Group’s standards and better control and manageability of documents.

“So far, most information systems used in Albania were not standard for the Group. They used local financial ERP – FI5, open source OpenBravo, and local SFA apps for salespeople. WMS Gold was the only standard-complying system in use. These solutions did not allow for a long-term perspective, neither for support of operations with new principal clients”, said Milan.

The completion of tasks, as he said, will now be faster, and we will have space for the expansion of operations.

“Additionally, with the implementation of SAP, Albania is included in the Data Management project, and data on their operations will be visible in the reports. We continue to accelerate in this business segment and implement our #Accelerate2025 strategy,” he said.
