Masters Initiative Declared Best HR Practice
Our Company in North Macedonia has Received a Prestigious Award
Last Friday, our company on the market of North Macedonia was presented an award for best HR practice, by the MHRA (Macedonian Human Resources Association) for its Masters Initiative.
More than a hundred experts from the field of human resources were present at the event celebrating the fifteenth anniversary of the founding of this Association. Seven HR practices were presented, among which the expert jury declared our Masters Competition as winner.
Stefani Stojanovska, HR Specialist, accepted the award and thanked all the present for recognizing the value of this practice. She expressed her gratitude to the entire Nelt team and said: “There is no better reward for the HR than the satisfaction and motivation of employees, and that is what this practice has enabled.”
The Masters Sales Competition has been organized since 2022 with the aim of motivating employees to work dedicatedly throughout the year to achieve goals and be proactive, both individually and as a team. In the first year, the competition was named Formula 1, and the prize for the best team was a trip to Dubai. Last year, ten teams competed in the Nelt League competition, and the winners traveled to Paris at the beginning of the year.
This year also, the Masters Competition is conducted in the Sales Department, under the name Ironelt.
The inspiration for the name of this year’s competition comes from the symbolism of number three – the competition is held for the third year in a row. Nelt ST has three Sales Sectors and three Sales Channels, so the competitors will measure their sales skills in three disciplines in the hardest sport, Triathlon.
In the Ironelt competition, each Sales Channel will compete in running, swimming and cycling. The competition will last 11 months, and at the end of the year, winners will be announced and the colleagues who have achieved the best results will go on a well-deserved prize trip!
