More than 15,000 respondents participated in the research
Our company has been declared the most desirable employer in the Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) market in the distribution field at the award ceremony “The Most Desirable Employer in BiH for 2022”.
More than 15,000 respondents could vote for 420 companies in a two-month-long survey conducted by the Kolektiv company.
Our colleagues Mirsad Baktašević, sales manager, and Matea Škobo, HR assistant, represented our company at the ceremony.
“We are extremely proud of this recognition, which is a confirmation of good practices and continuous investment in the satisfaction and development of our people. I would like to point out that this award goes to all 500 employees who make Nelt a healthy and desirable working environment. This project aims to promote positive HR management practices in Bosnia and Herzegovina, motivate and reward companies, improve employer-employee relations, and improve working conditions and employees’ professional development.
