Nebojsa Saponjic: “Our industry in the process of transformation”

On the first day of the Kopaonik Business Forum, the biggest business event in Serbia, Nebojsa Saponjic (Nebojša Šaponjić) one of the founders of Nelt, participated in the panel discussion “Fastgrowing National Companies – Different Size, Different Problems”.

Apart from Saponjic, this panel gathered relevant entrepreneurs and founders of start-up companies who discussed changes in business activity and operations as well as effects of external and internal factors on private companies.

Saponjic highlited radical changes in the distribution and logistics operations, which Nelt is a witness of on all territories on which it conducts business.

Identifying key operational challenges, Saponjic declared that, in view of the state of business in the region “our industry will undergo so many changes in the following 10 years that it could become unrecognizable. Automatization and digitalization is inevitable, from the warehouse to customers and principals relationships. “
