If you participate in a prize competition or contest organized by Nelt, Nelt collects and processes your personal information, such as name, telephone number, email address, residence address, ID number or passport number (only for prize winners and in line with legal requirement), date of participation, selection of winners. Nelt processes such personally identifiable information solely for the prize contest or competition, contacting participants, notification, and submission of the prize to the winner. Nelt collects and stores information on winners and competitions to fulfill the legal obligation of the organizer to keep the winners’ records compulsory and submit them to the competent authority.


Job applications


If you apply for a job, internship or volunteering at Nelt, we will collect your information to process your application and evaluate your suitability for the role. Candidate data and CVs collected through this application will be used solely to select CVs in accordance with open positions, contacting applicants regarding job interviews or potential employment with Nelt, with which applicants have agreed to and are aware of.
